No, never! I love my food too much to be hypnotised not to like eating something. I would, however, love to by hypnotised to stop smoking...

If you need to lose weight, you should take care about intake of your calories and have to decide which diet would be the best for you.
1.Calculate your calories with no exception, not only is it a practical tool that helps you to find out which foods provides the amount of calories that your body needs, it will also keep you aware of what you eat, when and why.

2.Drink a lot of water, it would improve your metabolism.

3.Eat more portion of the good foods. Go for fresh vegetables instead of crisps. Add edible growth of plants to your cereal at morning meal. Use the salad counter when you go out for midday meals or to the food market store, and load up on juice rather than usual instant coffee, tea or fizzy drink.

Physical exercise is any bodily activity that enhances or maintains physical fitness and overall health. It is performed for many different reasons. These include strengthening muscles and the cardiovascular system, honing athletic skills, weight loss or maintenance and for enjoyment. Frequent and regular physical exercise boosts the immune system, and helps prevent the "diseases of affluence" such as heart disease, cardiovascular disease, Type 2 diabetes and obesity. It also improves mental health and helps prevent depression. Childhood obesity is a growing global concern and physical exercise may help decrease the effects of childhood obesity in developed countries.

I'm 44 in a semi sedentary job, i try to go to the gym and do treadmill, airwalk etc 3-4 times a week. If i drink alcohol or eat anything extra during the week i put on weight. It really is very annoying!! It feels like a constant battle, but i really don't like being big. 2 weeks until i go on holiday so i'm on strick regime again from monday and aiming to do 5 days at the gym next week at least.

This works well and fast, so it may be for you!
What you need to do is to cut out all sugar in your diet, That includes sweets, cakes and chocolate, but also natural sugars in foods such as fruits and juices.

I've found the quickest way to lose weight fast is to cut out as much sugar as possible (not all) and eat only around 40g of fat per day. The latter is a difficult one and involves calorie counting absolutely everything, which is a nightmare after a while, but it works well for me. I was still eating full meals, but with low fat or zero fat products and the weight was dropping off.

I've been attending body sculpting classes at The Barre ( http://www.the-barre.com/ ) for a few months now and it helped me lose quite a lot of weight. I also started eating healthier, I cut down on sweets and I try to avoid eating snack between meals (or I just stick to something healthy like fruits or a low-calorie cereal bars). I think exercise is central to any diet , you can really tell the difference if you hit the gym or a fitness club a few times a week, you just feel healthier and more energetic!

    good luck x
