    I've just returned from a spa break deep in the French countryside.Three days with no laptop, blackberry or phone...which I found so unnerving, I couldn't relax. Do you find it hard to switch off, even at a blissfully peaceful spa?

    I would say, one has to be subliminally ready to accept that it is a fab
    ulous experience, though it could really be unnerving for "the chosen few". What is "Paradise" to you, to spa or your blackberry & laptop, for me, "ALL of the above", not too drastic I'd say
