‘Carbs aren’t “bad”. You just need to make sure you eat the right ones. Here’s a quickie guide: Yes to brown rice, fruit with skin (apples, pears, all berries) and beans; No to fruit juice, white rice, processed foods and anything with added sugar, like certain cereals.’
