Make-up expert Bobbi Brown believes lip pencil and liners shouldn’t be given such a bad rap and swears by them even for the beach. Choose one that matches your natural lip colour, apply softly and it will help your lip colour last. A long-lasting, matte lip stain can be created by dabbing powder blush over your lipstick with your finger.
