Reporting backstage from New York Fashion Week, day 3.

This is the carnage backstage at where Diane Kendal created 'northern lights' on the lids of the models, Odile Gilbert did sleek 'T' partings, and beauty journalists got trampled into a corner by time-pushed artists trying to get their jobs done in a small space.

My favourite make up look: Sam Rollinson at . The graphic taupe cat eye was erased from 2/3 of the bottom lid for a fresher finish. And look at the vintage jumper. Perfect NYC -10 degree wear. If you're Sam Rollinson.

My future mani: found at . Essie emphasised the cuticle moon with an alternative french.

My favourite hair: I may as well have been the inspiration for the 'caught' pony at . I've been doing it for years - cheats volume and couldn't be easier. I'm pretty sure thats where Guido got the idea from...

I loved: Cipriani - the venue for the Victoria Beckham show. Particularly the elaborately painted ceilings and concrete seating. Very grand, awe-inspiring and Wes-Anderson esque in its symmetry.

I wore: Zara jumper, Celine bag, Asos jeans, Office boots, thermal leggings, two pairs of socks.

I saw: Jourdan Dunn getting her 'seductive smoke' look backstage at DVF.

I die: Look at that backpack. Urban Outfitters circa 2010 unfortunately. Oh and the hair accessory created by Orlando Pita for Derek Lam. The kind of school girl pony you'd have worn with that school girl backpack too...
