Today I went to Windle & Moodie (one of my favourite London salons) for a Lazy Blow Dry tutorial with Neil Moodie (I’ll be posting a how-to video before the week is out). Neil showed me how to get these big, brushed-out waves (aka The Lazy Blow Dry look) using the WAM 31" Revolving Iron, £75. It took around 15 minutes, far quicker and easier than wrestling with a barrel brush and hairdryer! He made me do some of the curling myself so I can officially say it wasn't that tricky to do.

While I was there I spotted these chocolates (pictured below). Paul Windle told me he used to follow a raw food diet for about three years and his friend Ma Prem Soham used to cook him raw food meals. Now, she has created these fab Yummy Me chocolates that are actually good for you! They come in nine flavours and each one represents a different quality such as love, gratitude and courage. They are all packed with antioxidant-rich cacao, then other super-healthy ingredients like agave syrup, blue-green algae and lavender. To keep with the rules of the Raw Food ethos, each is created using temperature no higher than 40o Celsius to preserve the nutritional qualities of the ingredients.

Oh, and there is also an an inspiring edible message contained in each one; what more could you want from a sweet treat? Love.
