If you’re a regular reader of Beauty Notes Daily you will know that here on EBT we foster a mild obsession with Aromatherapy Associates. We use it on waking and before going to bed and even keep a bottle or two on our desks for an emergency whiff to calm our nerves (deadlines can induce serious stress!).
Our current crush comes in treatment form: Intensive Muscle Release, £90 for 60mins. This treatment really is the ultimate if you’ve spent too many hours at a computer screen (guilty) and are in need of some de-knotting. It uses a combination of their gorgeous De-Stress Oil blended to sooth and unclench tight muscles and the De-Stress Muscle Gel, which is used with the oil to speed up penetration and quickly relieve pain and tension. On top of this magical combination comes some intense Swedish and cross muscle fibre massage to totally turn your muscles to butter. Now if only if we could have one of these every week…
