My plight for the perfect mascara and eyeliner has been much like my search for the perfect pair of jeans (which I'm still searching for by the way) - and now and then I come across a fabulous kohl pencil or mascara that gives me hope.And surprise surprise, my long time favorite, Bobbi Brown has done it again. I have had a long standing love for the great BB. Having followed her around New York pre-fashion week last year, coveting her always useful, but still inventive make-up products, I can't get enough. My latest issue has been the fact that I can't seem to find an eyeliner that stays put. By midday its smudgy and awkward and I'm desperately searching for the concealer to neaten up the strange smudgy creases along my eyelids. So imagine my delight when this beaut lands on my desk. Brand new Long-Wear Eye Pencil, £17.50, that comes in dense pigments from jet black to a dark plummy shade that suits every skintype. And a brand new Long-Wear Mascara, £18, that gives a dense thickening lash line that actually stays put. This is the beginning of yet another beautiful friendship I think.
