We all know and love iconic British label Biba but our love for the brand went to a whole new level when we learnt that the brands make-up is relaunching and we saw the new capsule make-up collection for House of Fraser. Up until now we have been clinging to the very last pieces and trying to make them last and last. Thank goodness we can now pop to House of Fraser for a Biba fix whenever the mood takes us.
