We L.O.V.E.D Giles last season so we could not wait to get to his SS13 show yesterday.
MAC’s Lucia Pieroni was back again – gone were the gothic purples of last season and in its place a vibrant hot pink that she splashed across lips. The colour in question was MAC Lip Pencil in Embrace Me. Brows were bleached and lashes were left bare – it was all about the lip.
The pink carried through with Marian Newman painting nails in MAC’s Girl About Town.
Paul Hanlon (using Label M) took us on a trip back to the eighties with hair that was all about texture. Slightly grungy, a touch carefree and VERY cool.
And we had to share these with you... every season Giles does something silly and fun with his passes. Last season we had Richard and Judy - this season it was all about Eastenders. Amazing!
Giles wasn’t the only one to take inspiration from the eighties…. We’re obsessed with the afro lampshade hair, pink lips and metallic ‘lipstick’ nails at Mark Fast.
