I’m a surfer girl at heart. My favourite Disney character was Ariel. I grew up by the sea and if I could spend every day for the rest of my life by a beach I would. So the chance to ‘immerse’ myself in the Davidoff Cool Water way of life in Cornwall, because the scent is 25 years old, was a no-brainer.

I ran along the coastal cliffs from The Scarlet Hotel to Watergate Bay and back; I surfed (and managed to actually stand up, albeit briefly). Anyway, the trip reignited my love of the ocean. So I am very much in support of the Love the Ocean initiative by Davidoff that is supporting the National Geographic’s Pristine Seas Expeditions. Pristine Seas identifies, studies and protects fragile marine ecosystems across the world. You can support the cause by snapping up a special edition bottle of Cool Water (pictured below). Every fragrance with a special Love the Ocean sleeve sold helps to protect 10,000 square metres of ocean; like the Davidoff Cool Water Facebook page and you'll save a further 5,000 square metres.

Paul Walker the face of the brand is a big supporter of the ocean since he studied marine biology (he likes the sea, I like the sea… *swoons*). Since we won't be meeting Paul Walker anytime soon to talk about the sea, head to www.love-the-ocean.com where you can read more about the cause; watch Paul Walker talk about his love of the ocean and see him walk out of said ocean topless. A bookmark-worthy website for sure.
