If you picked up a paper this morning chances are you saw THAT picture of Jennifer Aniston. Jen was at the Spike TV Awards in Los Angeles accepting the Decade of Hotness Award and whilst we weren't entirely in love with her choice of dress (although considering her audience it was probably perfect) we could not help but ogle her amazingly toned body. How is it possible that she looks that great at 42? She hinted at the key to her success in her acceptance speech when she vowed to “keep downward dogging until the fat lady sings”, so could it all be down to yoga? We’re going on the assumption that it is so we have been furiously following her yoga instructor Mandy Ingber’s new DVD Yogalosophy. We’re not quite up to Jen’s level yet but using her body as an incentive, we’re working on it.
