Bright might be a bit misleading with this shade.Hazelnut brown is one of EBT’s favourite looks for next season (we spied it at ) so I had to try it and what better than a rainy day to test it out. Usually, if I was shopping for a lipstick, it would possibly be the last shade I would be drawn to. Like I said, I’m a creature of habit. Usually I wouldn’t give this shade a second glance. Is this because of Habit? Fear? Or something I can’t quite put my finger on that makes me think of Wednesday Adams?

When testing this shade what really struck me was how the colour dramatically transformed from what I saw in the bullet to how it looked and felt on my lips. The texture resembles a lip butter. I did a little research and found out that this lipstick used fruit butters from an exotic tree ‘wild mango’.

As the day went on I grew to really love this shade, it’s different, eye catching but not in a brazen way, and makes a bold, confident statement. There really must be something special in that exotic tree as it left my lips feeling nourished and soft – nature at its best.

If you want to be right on trend next season with your lip choice you need look no further, I think you’ll be pleasantly surprised.
