Extra, extra read all about it! (We couldn't resist). Backstage at Louise Gray we spotted these brilliant newspaper nails by Butter London's Global Colour Ambassador Katie Hughes. Yes, actual newspapers were used in the making of these playful extensions.
To get the look:
File a set of false nails to a rounded point.
Apply two coats of Butter London polish in Kerfuffle and leave to dry.
Dip the false nails into pure alcohol and quickly roll it over newspaper text.
Let it dry before doing a few dots of Butter London polish in Jasper (a pastel yellow) randomly around the nail.
Katie promises us that it's actually really easy to do, and she should know after making 150 nails by hand.
And there you have it... nails that really do tell a story.
