The power model trio, Karlie Kloss (below), Joan Smalls and Cara Delevigne were dotted around the backstage area at Ports 1961.

That's a lot of beauty for one room to handle. But handle it they did, in the safe and expert hairstylist hands of Eugene Souleiman for Wella Professional, who created these intricate twists that were so beautiful and chic, yet understated and effortless - a winning combo.

The subtle details give a little nod to Victorian style and classic couture but the volume at the roots makes it really wearable.

Get the Look:

- you need straight hair for this look so if you're naturally curly then use irons
- separate your hair into a middle parting at the front
- at the back, part your hair at a slant from left to right
- backcomb your roots just a little
- use an elastic to tie the right side into a low pony
- twist the left side around in a French pleat and fix to the first pony with pins
- finish with hairspray

The Kit:

Wella Professionals Perfect Setting Lotion - use this in the blow drying stage for sleek, more manageable hair
Spray Wella Professional Ocean Spritz at the roots to give them lift
Use Wella Stay Styled Hairspray to finish the look
