One ELLEuk.com staffer headed to Cornwall for a surfing holiday this weekend and she loved it. Not only is it good fun, but those surfers don't have killer figures just from lounging on the beach, surfing burns calories and tones muscles (especially in your thighs and tummy).

These six female surfers Carissa Moore, Lakey Peterson, Laura Enever, Coco Ho, Monyca Byrne-Wickey, and Malia Manuel are delivering such groundbreaking moves that they are a generation of women changing their sport.
‘I’m surrounded by surfing all day, every day and I see a lot of great riders. But what these girls are doing has to be seen to be believed,’ says Leave A Message director and Nike 6.0’s surf team photographer Jason Kenworthy.
I've been saying for years I want to give it a go and thanks to this film I'm inspired to stop talking and start surfing.
