If you’re feeling inspired by the Olympics and want to make this the year you get fit, then Nike is on hand to help. It is challenging us women to #makeitcount by taking part in Nike Training Club Live and by doing so we can win festival tickets. Sound good? It's free too!
Nike Training Club (NTC) consists of free classes like yoga, running, interval training and core work, held up and down the country that you can sign-up to on the brand's Facebook page. It’s Live because between now and the 2 July we’re being encouraged to rack up as many minutes of training as possible through the NTC classes or by using the NTC app. The top ranking 2000 people will get free entry to the first ever Nike Training Club Live Festival at Old Billingsgate Market, London on the 7th July. The exclusive event will include performances from Katy B, NTC Live Classes, guest DJs, one-to-one training sessions and massages. In addition to this, nutritional advice from Nike experts will also be available.
In the NTC sessions you will be issued with a card and after each class your Nike Master Trainer will swipe it to load on your minutes (a bit like a Boots Advantage Card), those training with the NTC App just need to sync their minutes at the end of each workout.
