If you're feeling a bit down in the dumps thanks to this ongoing and increasingly boring-to-talk-or-think-about bad weather then why not try some yoga at home this weekend? If you fancy hibernating and getting yourself back on track – mentally and physically - then logon to loveyogaonline.co.uk.

It was created by Gemma Ford who gave up her hectic life in the city to train in India, before settling in Cornwall with her surfing-enthusiast fiancé Charlie. The visually-calming website is free to browse and it’s packed with general information about yoga; a library of yoga postures explaining how to do them perfect if you don’t know your downward dog from your cobra, as well as a healthy living section with yogi-approved recipe ideas.

You can browse the website and watch clips of all the videos for free - if you particularly enjoy one you can download it for £4, a bargain when some of the yoga videos are 90-minutes long. You can choose from Centred and Focused Practice or Pelvic Floor and Abdominal Core Class for example – yoga is just as much about getting a toned, streamlined physique as it is about mentally recharging.

Alternatively, for £10 per month or £100 per year you get a premium membership allowing you unlimited free streaming of the full-length videos from the website. You also get 20% discount on all downloads, so you can yoga on-the-go and without the need for internet access.

Regardless of whether you choose the free or premium membership you'll get a profile on the website so you can start engaging with like-minded yogis, as well as expert yoga teachers.

So what are you waiting for? Grab a mat and log on...
