Ahead of the fashion curve as always, Chloe demonstrates exactly how to take a key catwalk look in this case the scruffy topknot and red lips seen at Erdem and Iceberg and recreate it for real life (or the red carpet, at least).
Unstructured up-dos were seen on the catwalks in every city this season and Chloe has done hers to a tee the style is wispy, tousled and effortless but still has plenty of healthy gloss and polish. Exactly what hair is all about at the moment.
Chloe keeps those trademark red lips looking fresh by setting them against a canvas thats neutral, but dewy and healthy-looking, too (note the sweep of pretty, pink blush). Going for a classic porcelain backdrop could have made this look too old.
(NB. Try Rouge Allure in Enthusiast, £21.50, by Chanel for a similar shade of red.)
But it doesnt stop there. Chloes eyebrows are defined but not dramatic another key a/w look while her gently understated caramel lids are also bang on-trend. We saw lots of sheer, biscuity eyelids backstage.
A subtle sweep of bronze pulls the whole look together and keeps it wearable and fresh. Top marks.
