Gets you thinking, doesnt it?
For me, itd have to be make-up (assuming my hair wasnt dripping with grease in which case my answer would be: a shower). A whistle-stop tour of my blemishes with concealer followed by a pop of blush, 360-degree sweep of kohl, wiggle of mascara and a smack of gloss, does much more for my sex appeal than coiffed hair. Thats what I tell myself, anyway.
