Are you a fitness fanatic?

‘It wasn’t until I realised I was getting married soon and I was like, oh my God, I want to try and look like Gisele! So I recently started and I’m enjoying it. I’ve got a really handsome trainer, which helps.

My fiancé told me he was really proud of my efforts and I was like, you should meet my trainer!

'I do two days a week with him in the gym, and when I was in LA for a few weeks I got really into SoulCycle. I love it – it’s so addictive.’

What else do you do to stay in shape?

‘I love juicing. When you’re having three juices a day, your eyes get brighter and your skin gets clearer, too.

‘I’ve done the Radiance Cleanse before and really liked it. I can only do three days at a time though, and not very often, as I like to eat too much! But I do have a green juice every day. Pressed juice is my favourite – in the morning, it’s perfect.’
