Another day, another flurry of beauty looks from the French capital. Here are our favourites...

For Haider Ackermann, Mac make-up artist Stephane Marias wanted to create a look that said 'punk attitude', and what does that better than a statement black eye? He added a mix of Mac 3D Glitter in silver and regular craft black glitter over the eyelid, using Duo glue to keep it in place. The result was a graphic eye that shimmered under the bright lights…

Over on hair, Wella's Eugene Souleiman quoted references such as 'blade runner' and 'the lost boys', but the overall goal was a look that's 'full of surprises'. Combining French twists with clean sharp lines and a 40's victory roll - merging masculine and feminine attributes of the collection.

Over to Vivienne Westwood where make-up maestro Val Garland for Mac created this masterpiece. 'A girl who's just been to Oxfam and is waiting for the bus home, it rushes past her and splashes her in mud'. Brilliant.

My personal favourite for wearability was the dual-golden eye by Tom Pecheux for Mac at Maiyet. He swept a mix of Mac Golden Goddess and Platinum Love all over the lid, then dotted a mix of these two new Mac Pro liquid pigments on the inside and outside of the eye. Gorgeous.

Orlando Pita created cascading waves to compliment the Maiyet collection.
