I spied bright lips paired with no eye make up at Prabal Gurung and Monique Lhullier yesterday, now today at DKNY Maybelline's Charlotte Willer ignored the models' eyes and focused on the lips and cheeks smudging a red pencil liner onto cheeks and Color Sensational Neon Red 890, Willer said the suits-all red makes eyes pop so you don't need loads of mascara or liner.
