Oh Nivea, I could hug you. I never have time to moisturise my body. Face, yes. Hands, sometimes. Body, only when the sun shines and my scaly legs have to come out to play. It's just, so, dull. So, I was intrigued and quietly hoping that the Nivea In-Shower Body Moisturiser, £3.56, would be as good as it looked.

The idea: You slather this onto wet skin after shower gel, then rinse.

The reality: After shampooing my hair and washing my body I applied conditioner to my hair and the Nivea moisturiser to my body - my thinking is that this new product is basically your body's version of conditioner. So while my hair was getting nourished, so was my body. It was super quick to apply because my wet skin meant there was slip so the product glided on with ease. Smelling super clean like classic Nivea, it rinsed off easily and left my skin with a subtle scent and feeling smooth.

The result: Post-shower skin felt like it had been moisturised without me having to put in any real effort. Later that day my skin still felt soft, maybe not as nourished had I put in the time moisturising properly but good enough for a body lotion phobic.

So there you have it, another bottle that I have to find a spot for in my shower, but this one's well worth it.
