Backstage we rarely see the clothes and yesterday was a case in point. Apparently the collection is inspired by northern English girls. Hmm, I just can't imagine a catwalk where Chloe and Geordie Shore collide...

The beauty look had a different influence this season also. Often soft, pretty French girl hair and make-up, this time around the look was tougher, with an androgynous feel.

Hairstylist Anthony Turner pulled hair into low, side parted ponytails. Plenty of hairspray and a Mason Pearson brush smoothed out the hair for a super sleek finish.

Diane Kendall then gave models healthy flushed cheeks and square brows (not to be confused with Scouse brows) to top the look off.
