I thought I would give it a try today for our Trial A Trend series. To hand I had a Rimmel Scandaleyes pencil and some Lanolips 101 Ointment. First, I outlined my lips with the pencil then filled it the shape. Then I dabbed the ointment over the top with my finger for the high-shine finish.
