Skincare Expert and super-facialist Abigail James has shared her recipe for the ultimate brightening face mask so you can recreate a pampering facial at home.

Brightening Face Mask
1 teaspoon honey
1/2 -1 teaspoon yoghurt
2 teaspoons ground almonds
Kiwi is very high in vitamin C, as well as antioxidants carotenoids and potassium. Also, a source of AHA (alpha hydroxy acids), which gently exfoliate the skin through gently dissolving dead skin cells, promoting healthier, faster skin renewal.
Raw honey is best as is not heat treated so enzymes are fully active, packed with antioxidants, amino acids, enzymes, vitamins, and minerals. Basically, it is a healthy skin super-food. It also has anti-bacterial properties and helps the skin to lock in moisture.
Blueberries for a double antioxidant boost to further brighten dull skin without being harsh. What better to brighten and liven up your complexion than the brightest of fruits!
Yoghurt contains high amounts of Lactic Acid, a different form of AHA to fruit based, proven to be great for refining pores, exfoliating the skin and stimulating collagen production.
Almonds (ground and fine) for their vitamin E, essential fatty acids and to act as a gentle physical exfoliant once the mask has been on the skin for 10 minutes, add a little water if necessary and massage all over the face before removing.
