This spring iconic No.5 fragrance will be celebrated in a month-long exhibition that explores the history behind the inspiration and invention of Chanel’s most famous scent. Set in the beautiful gardens of Palais De Tokyo, the exhibition, called No.5 Culture Chanel, will delve into Chanel’s history via visual art, photographs and iconic objects that epitomise the brand, its creator Coco, and its creations.

Only 8 years away from its centenarian (first launched in 1921) the fragrance is still loved by generations for its timeless quality and it’s embodiment of all things Chanel. As the lady herself, Mademoiselle Chanel, simply yet poetically describes – ‘it’s a perfume with the scent of woman’.

Not to be missed by fragrance and enthusiasts alike.

Palais de Tokyo, May 5th- June 5th 2013.
