It's no surprise that the former Miss USA, fashion influencer (her guest judging spot on Project Runway was so chic) and all round goddess Olivia Culpo has her beauty routine down.

You'd be forgiven for thinking that that face is all about crazy expensive treatments (Miranda Kerr's leech facial we're looking at you) and serums that tally up to more than our monthly rent. But you'd be wrong.

In fact, the 25-year-old mega babe has the most zen beauty routine we've ever seen from an A-list celeb.

Talking to The Cut, Culpo revealed the key to her insanely glowy skin is actually something we've never been all that good at - yup, we're talking about meditation.

'I usually wake up around 8 a.m., and I start the day by meditating. I'll just do that for 15 minutes if I hopefully have time,' she disclosed.

Explaining further, the actress said, 'I started meditating when I was 18 years old. My mum actually introduced it to me, and my older sister is a yoga instructor. I'm so grateful to them for introducing me to that and getting on the meditation bandwagon because I think it's really difficult to get yourself to do it and be consistent with it.

'I do fall in and out of it — it's really hard to do it every single day like you're supposed to — but I find that when I do take 15 minutes in the morning and 15 minutes before bed, it makes a huge difference in my day-to-day life.'

Count us, impressed.

But the next stage of her beauty routine is something we can get on board with. Forget La Mer, Olivia Culpo's skincare is all about the coconut oil.

'Drinking a lot of water is one of my biggest beauty secrets, and then another hack that I like is coconut oil,' she told The Cut, 'You can use it as a face moisturiser, you can use it to whiten your teeth, because it's antibacterial and will pull all the plaque. You can also use it to avoid dry skin on your scalp or improve the ends of your hair.'

Her secret to going low-key on the preening regime? Live by the words of Audrey Hepburn of course:

'I'm going to tell you one of my favourite quotes by Audrey Hepburn: "The beauty of a woman must be seen from in her eyes, because that is the doorway to her heart." I love that because it just kind of encompasses the idea that everyone knows that true beauty comes from the inside and is so much more than what you see on the surface. I've always kept that in mind my whole life.'

Olivia's icon might be Audrey Hepburn, but we have a feeling we'll be channelling zen Culpo vibes from now on.
