It's Paris. It's week four. And between late night tests, early morning call times, make up changes and hair style switches, models are dead on their poor, blistered feet.

But on a bright, sunny morning in Paris a casting list that read like a 'who's who' of models, (Ruby Aldridge, Karlie Kloss, Liu Wen, Melissa Tammerijn among them) gathered in an empty sports arena.

Glamorous it was not. But after stocking up at the best buffet in town, (made-to-order granola sundaes and mini cake slices) models were finding their own ways to take a break from the fashion bubble. Here's how.

Saskia de Brauw escaped into the pages of TS Eliot poems.

Melissa Tammerijn was having a rifle in her cute-as-button H+M make up bag that - just like the show - had a tropical bird theme.

The mind of the heavenly Karlie Kloss had left the catwalk far behind to take a step into the world of Wall Street finance with Liar's Poker by Michael Lewis.

And Ruby Aldridge was plugged into her DREbeats listening to '70s punk rock band, Death. A hint as to how they're all feeling perhaps.?!
