Tonight it's the Emmy Awards in Los Angeles and in preparation tor her role reporting all the red carpet action for E! Fashion Police Kelly Osbourne is having a manicure. Nothing strange there, you may think. Most people have a mani or do their nails before a night out. But would you book in for a jaw-dropping $250,000 manicure? Kelly is, and she tweeted all about it. 'About to get a $250k manicure w nail polish made w blk diamonds made by @azature so excited & honored'.

The polish is by Los Angeles-based jeweller Azature who said, 'One day I thought, "why not showcase this style on nails?" So I developed a Black Diamond Nail Polish with the same attention and quality as my jewelry in order to preserve the elegance of the black diamond.'

There is only one bottle of black diamond Azature polish in the world used to paint the talons of the rich and famous, although a 'budget' version is available for $25 is available in Fred Segal stores over in LA.

But it's not just Kelly who likes to indulge, last year Mila Kunis had a $7,000 pre-Golden Globes diamond and ruby facial administered by Scott-Vincent Borba, founder of Borba skincare.

Which begs the question, regardless of whether the celebs actually pay for their treatments, how much at most would you pay for a manicure or a facial?
