I am in love. With a plait. Well, it's sort of a weave, but never-the-less I love it. Since first laying eyes on Malcolm Edward's 'elegantly feral' woven hair at Kinder Aggugini this morning, it has taken all my willpowder not to backbrush the living daylights out of my own tresses. It was love at first sight.
Now to my joy, I have spied a similar 'do at Holly Fulton, masterminded by session stylist Shon. This time there is double the braid (and these are unquestionably braids) - one wrapped around the top of the head like a hairband and the other loose and textured down the back.
Excuse me while I head into the beauty cupboard in search of hair extensions, grooming brushes and a whole load of hairspray...
