Having (literally) bumped into backstage at her show looking bronzed and glowing, we realised there's no better advertisement for the look of this season's show than the woman herself.

Wearing bizarre, Sci-Fi like glasses that film the models' faces as he works, MAC make up artist James Kaliardos took us for a spin around India via the 1970s and Italian palazzos.

Imagining a sophisticated, well-travelled woman, he brushed MAC's Antiqued brown eye shadow along the lower lash lines only for a smoky, smudgy effect before "beiging out" the lid with a base of Prep and Prime Concealer followed by a dusting of Mineralize Foundation Loose Powder.

Cream blush in Tea Petal added a subtle, warmed-from-the-sun flush while three extra lashes at the outer eye corner and layer upon layer of Haute and Naughty Mascara added a touch of DVF-like glam.

And having seen the finished look, we've got a feeling our make up bags will be taking a vacation the Von Furstenberg way next summer.
