Ashish loves a sequin, so the hair and make-up was paired down. Beauty inspiration came in the form of Talitha Getty meets the Olsen twins, while the clothes took inspiration from Indian culture. Hair had a dry, dishevelled texture pulled into loose ponytails, with subtle detail coming in the form of gold string stitched to hair and wound round the ponytails. A little L'Oreal Professional Mythic OIi was added to the ends to add subtle shine.
Georgina Graham was heading up the make-up, 'it's the only luxe part of the show' she told me. The make-up was soft, subtle and expensive looking. MAC's Care Blend Oils got skin looking healthy and dewy; while sculpting creams were used to contour the cheeks and a dusting of eyeshadow in cork added to the earthy look. A brushed up brow gave a soft focal point for the look.
