Cameron Diaz rumoured to release fitness book

Ever since the model-turned-actress first hit our screens in The Mask in 1994 it was clear that Cameron Diaz had a naturally great figure. The star, who turns 40 later this month, is still looking as good, if not better, than her early-twenties self. And this book is set to reveal her secrets.

Diaz has apparently struck a deal with publishing house HarperCollins to release a health and wellness book late next year.

The star has a body issue that many of us would love - she finds it hard to put weight on. She also loves sport – running, surfing and in recent years resistance training, which accounts for her more muscular figure of late.

She has said, ‘I'm consistent, and when I'm not consistent, it shows up on my body.’
