The ceramic barrel brush looks like any other, but the handle is detachable so you can leave the brush part in like a roller. The reason hairdressers sometimes leave brushes in your hair while they are blow-drying is because the volume and wave sets into the hair as it cools. Get yourself a couple of these brushes, and you can leave the brush parts in so your hair is setting while you eat your cornflakes; genius.
