I purchased some wire hair bands from John Lewis and pompoms, £5.50, from bloomingfelt.co.uk
. I used fine artists wire to thread through the pompoms then wire them on to the headbands. The great thing about this look is that you can be creative. Use as many or as few as you like or you could replace the pompoms with colourful badges. Another great tip is to wear two headbands for added impact. It's all about making it as quirky, fun and interesting as possible.
Im going to be attaching pompoms to wire hair combs, £1.30 each, from Kleins.co.uk
, and barettes, £1.99 for 10, from Amazon.co.uk
