As I'm sure you're aware yesterday was World AIDS Day and that meant a busy day for one of our favourite brands, MAC. As usual a core team of their hugely talented artists downed brushes to pitch in and show their support and like last year, headed to London's Positive East, a centre that aims to enable people living with HIV and AIDS to fulfil their potential and manage their health, wellbeing and independence. While last year's efforts saw the team create and paint a mural for the creche, this year artists lent their skills by giving makeovers and tips to women who visit the centre, to help build self confidence and better prepare them for job interviews. Artists were also on hand to face paint some of the centre's younger visitors too...

So not only are the MAC team a pretty generous bunch when it comes to their time, they're also raising awareness for the cause by donating 100% of the sales price of Viva Glam lipsticks and lipglasses to HIV/AIDS organisations around the world. What better way to keep up the good work than by heading to your nearest MAC store and buying one. We certainly will be.
