The depths of the ocean inspired Charlotte Tilbury's look at Emanuel Ungaro this season. Models' lids were adorned in shades ranging from teal to navy and black and then slicked in gloss to create a shimmering wet look effect. Add to this dewy, moisturised skin and a smattering of freckles (courtesy of MAC's Hodge Podge pencil) and the effect was so pretty it had me itching for a dip in the sea (especially apt in temperatures of 80 degrees).
To complement Laurent Philipon had plundered Bumble and Bumble's stock cupboards, saturating hair in Prep, Thickening Hairspray and Surf Spray to create beachy, weathered ponytails swept artfully over one eye.
