Another braid at Antonio Marras. this time Eugene Souleiman blow-dried hair into a sleek side parting and up into a high side pony. Next, the pony was split into two and twisted into a rope braid before being placed across the head and pinned in place. Eugene finished the look with a mist of Wella Professionals Shimmer Delight Shine Spray

The hair inspiration was taken from the Marras mood board (which included stills from film The Maids).

Eugene was inspired by a picture of French artist Claude Cahun (she was famous for her highly staged, characterised self portraits) with a plaited hairstyle.

Make-up Artist Lisa Butler left skin natural and focused attention to a graphic 'dirty green' eye (similar to the one in the sketch, above). A welcome change from black kohl.
