More highlighted, reflective skin over at Antonio Berardi where MAC make-up artist Val Garland used oyster tones on cheekbones to create what she calls 'invisible contouring'. Colour was introduced to lips by mixing MAC lipstick in Sin a coral pigment and a red gloss - the look Val wanted on the lips was 'metallic car paint'.

John Frieda's Anthony Turner wanted to fuse both masculine and feminine style so he slicked the hair back with Extra Strength Serum for a boyish wet look but allowed the length of the hair to fall soft and natural.

The overall look they both wanted to achieve was a 'contemporary rockabilly girl crossed with Veronica Lake' to tie in with the theme of the collection.
