Make-up artist Charlotte Willer was chanelling bronzed and glowy Californian beauty today at DKNY, a breathe of fresh air on anotherwise muggy, overcast New York day. New products to covet popped up too, notably the Fit Me foundation and powder which created a flawless satin finish, Backstage Beige - a powder she used to give temples, cheekbones and lids a luminous glow, and Runway Flush, a blusher which she dusted onto the apples of cheeks to give a coraltoned injection of health. Hair meanwhile was similarly laid-back, just a spritz of Wella's Ocean Spritz through extra long lengths -aided though by long wefts of hair which maestro Eugene Souleiman painstakingly glued on. If this is Californian beauty, I'll take a one-way ticket.
