Anyone familiar with Liz Earle knows that she is as renowned for her facials as she is her Cleanse & Polish. Her Signature Facial has a loyal following and now there is another treatment to entice us, the Healthy Beautiful Skin Facial. The new facial has just launched in to the new spa boutique in John Lewis in Reading and Cheadle (it is of course also available at the Liz Earle flagship store in Chelsea). What makes this treatment so amazing (I have first hand experience) is the whole 30 minutes of lymphatic drainage massage, which instantly reduces puffiness and redness. The cult Cleanse & Polish plays its part at the beginning of the treatment to clean and exfoliate the skin prior to the massage, and a bespoke mask and neck and shoulder massage rounds everything off. It was one of the most relaxing 60 minutes of my life. Book up.
