There are some days that I love my job. Today has to be one of them. As you may well know we are devout fans of Aromatherapy Associates.
This year, October marks the opening of their first flagship store on Montpelier Street in London's Knightsbridge. Not only will there be treatments and a cornucopia of oils available, they are offering a bespoke oil made just for you. I got a little taster of this as I went to meet Geraldine Howard, founder of Aromatherapy Associates and talked her through my lifestyleP: hectic. And with all the travel that comes with the job, I find myself needing something to bring me down to earth almost, let me get my feet back on the ground and breathe. I won't travel without my AA oils as it is (my survival kit includes a Revive Morning Oil to pep me up when I'm tired and the Deep Relax Oil for when I need a good night's sleep). So as I talked to Geraldine she created something very special. I'm not going to reveal my special list of ingredients, but there is a little something for soothing, something for stress and anxiety, something to balance and something to deliver serenity and confidence. And today I took a great big deep sniff of my special blend and I can't wait to take a soak in that bath tonight. Its so delicious, I might even wear it as a fragrance .
