I just popped to the Lash Bar for a treatment (all to be revealed in the magazine later this year). While I was there my therapist Rebecca told me that I should switch my eye cream for a gel instead. Apparently, in our twenties we need a lighter product that will keep moisture levels up, but isn't too heavy - too much cream can actually lead to a dull eye area!

Rebecca recommends Eve Taylor Refining Eye Gel, £5.69, with healing Aloe Vera, anti-inflammatory Seaweed and Marine Algae, to prevent moisture loss. This, and some lymphatic drainage massage. Try it at home, take a little gel on your finger tips and massage around the orbital bone starting at the outer corner moving in an anti-clockwise direction. Next, keeping a continuous motion, run your fingers down past your temples and behind your earlobes to drain the toxins away. Your eyes should look brighter in no time. Also, if you're using a gel you can go in closer towards the eye (where dark circles manifest) for some serious brightening.
