It's likely your healthy eating regime has slipped after Easter, I know mine has. I'm finding it hard to get back on track (especially with all the left-over chocolate in the office). So, while I may not have a superstar Hollywood trainer on my doorstep I do have Jennifer Aniston's yoga teacher Mandy Ingber on speed dial and she has given us some motivation! Here are her six top tips to getting healthy...

1. Hydrate! This is one of the most important health tips I can offer. 3 litres is the minimum amount of water you should be drinking, and more if you are exercising. This will help your body to flush out any toxins, and will keep you moving.

2. Drink one Green Juice a day. A combination of spinach, kale, celery, cucumber, with some lemon and ginger will give you a dose of your leafy greens. It's like cleaning out your body and fortifying your blood. The darker the green, the more nutrient rich.

3. Sweat. Yup, sweating is like giving yourself a shower from the inside out. Add cardio to your yoga by taking a brisk walk, jog, or hop on the indoor cycle or running machine at the gym.

4. Stretch and Tone. Yoga works the muscles and lengthens the body. Giving you that toned, sleek look. Try my DVD Yogalosophy (ACACIA) - click here to pre-order it now from Amazon..

5. Add a scoop of minerals to your morning smoothie. I use: 1 cup almond milk, 2 Tbsp almond butter, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, VitaMineral earth, (or Maca powder from HealthForce), ice cubes, and 1 packet stevia for a delicious cool blended summer treat. No caffeine or sugar, and delicious.

6. Breathe. Sometimes we find ourselves running around, without really taking the time to relax. Our body releases a stress hormone called cortisol, which has us holding on to weight. When you find ways to unwind (yoga, breathing, meditation, sleep) you will find your body falling right into place.
