So January's over, and resolutions may or may not have been broken. Let's move on though to positives shall we. I'm on a new regime - of exercise and mindfulness when it comes to eating too. I've been thinking about physical responsibility. Sort of in line with concept of corporate responsibility, but to my own physical wellbeing. A busy schedule, frequent travel and a social life all lend themselves to bad habits forming. I don't sleep that well, my exercising is haphazard to say the least and I'm partial to a glass of wine. It's time to take some responsibility and look after myself, I want to feel good again, bounce out of bed and not hide under my white shirt on the beach. So I've asked around and decided to get some help from one of the best in the biz. James Duigan, the super trainer responsible for the long beautiful limbs of Rosie Huntington Whitely and Elle Macpherson to name but a few.

Don't forget to check in next week to see how I got on after my first week.
