And the award for by far the most playful show of London Fashion Week so far goes to... Topshop Unique. The collection was inspired by the Disney movie 101 Dalmations and the theme was literally translated in to the hair and make-up backstage. Upon arrival all 43 models had their brows bleached (apparently Dalmations don't have eyebrows. Who knew?), before make-up artist Hannah Murray lined eyes in a creamy black Kajal from Topshop (set to launch later this year) and drew black triangles on to the tips of noses for an authentic snout. Hair stylist Paul Hanlon took the look a little further into Mini Mouse territory by fashioning the cutest 'ears' by dividing the hair down a centre parting and wrapping the two sections back on themselves to create spheres before finishing off with black velvet ribbon.

Not to be overlooked: nails were given the same spotty Dalmation treatment by Sophy Robson who used a base of white Topshop paint and adorned with black splotches. If we had tails they would be wagging with excitement.
