Clinique is raising money for Great Ormond Street Hospital with its Kiss it Better appeal, while Cowshed and Essie have teamed up to raise money for Starlight Children's Foundation - a charity that brightens the lives of sick children by granting them once-in-a-lifetime wishes.

To do your bit, just snap-up a Clinique lipstick or lipgloss at House of Fraser this month and £1 will be donated by Clinique and £1 by House of Fraser to the children's hospital. There is also a Limited Edition Smoothie Kisses Lip Gloss Set which includes four Lip Smoothies, £22.50 (with £4 going to the appeal). To make an even bigger donation Clinique have enlisted the artistic skills of London-based illustrator Daisy de Villeneuve to create a limited edition trio of illustrations, £100 (with 100% of the sale goes to the Kiss it Better appeal). Available now from clinique.co.uk.
