There's no escaping from the fact that it's grey and gruesome today - a duvet day in front of my favorite Rogers & Hammerstein musicals certainly wouldn't go amiss.
But while I'm in the office looking out at the rain that is falling relentlessly, I can rely on a few things that help me get through this dreary month.
Along with booking a ski holiday in the next few months, today I will be slathering on my survival kit to get through this grey.
